Accessibility Notice

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This website of Gal Tzhayek — Authentic Leadership (the "Site") aims to provide a comfortable and equal experience for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We consider equal service to the entire public highly important and work on an ongoing basis to improve the accessibility of the Site, in the spirit of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Accessibility measures on the Site

  • Semantic HTML structure with ARIA attributes and content landmarks to support screen readers.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images.
  • High-contrast text over dark backgrounds, with content that scales across screen sizes and devices.
  • Reduced-motion friendly design with no auto-playing audio content.

Supported browsers

The Site is tested on and supports the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Parts that may not be fully accessible

Despite our efforts to make every page of the Site accessible, some parts may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Embedded video content from external platforms — the availability of captions and accessibility features depends on the source platform.
  • Dialog windows (such as talk details) are still being improved for full keyboard and screen-reader support.

We continue working to improve accessibility in these areas. If you encounter content that is not accessible, we would be glad to hear from you and will work to fix it or provide the information in an alternative way as soon as possible.

Contacting us about accessibility

If you experience difficulty using the Site, or have a question, request, or suggestion regarding accessibility, please contact us — we are committed to handling every inquiry as quickly as possible.
